This class is designed to help build strength and endurance. Participants will engage in circuit training, cardio and body weight exercises, core training and stretches for a complete body workout. It is designed for anyone of any fitness level to attend.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
This is a drop-in class. Payment must be made at the time of class. Check in with instructor prior to the start of class to sign in. Classroom size is limited to a set number of participants and will fill on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that all participants must be active Lakeside Members in order to take this class. Guest tickets may be purchased for non-members to take individual classes while accompanied by a member.

$66.00 for 12 classes
Fees must be paid as they are listed above. Cards purchased for 12 classes are non-refundable, non-transferrable per season.
Current class cards will expire on the date listed on the card.
