This class is a blend of Tai Chi and Qigong. Qigong allows the beginner to follow along immediately through repetitive moves that can provide mindfulness, agility, and balance. Tai Chi adds form and various foot movements along with the flowing and slow control found in both. They each offer better flexibility, relaxation and mindfulness. This combination of forms of movement can improve posture, energy and offer many other health benefits. .
Tai Chi integrates the mind and body to promote mental and physical health. It is an intricate blend of Chinese martial arts and therapeutic exercise. The slow, meditative movements produce improvement in muscle strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and relaxation.
