DEEP WATER AQUA AEROBICS

DESCRIPTION
Deep Water Aqua Aerobics is a great form of exercise. This class does not require swimming skills as swim belts must be worn. Class is held in the instructional pool. Fundamentals of deep water exercise include water walking and running, flexibility, interval training, and stretching. Belts are provided. Class size limited.
POLICIES & PROCEDURES
This is a drop in class. Payment must be made at the time of class. Check in with instructor prior to the start of class to sign in. Class size is limited to a set number of participants and will fill on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that all participants must be active Lakeside Members in order to take this class. Guest tickets may be purchased for non-members to take individual classes while accompanied by a member.

Fees must be paid as they are listed above. Cards purchased for 12 classes are non-refundable, non-transferrable per season. Current class cards will expire on the date listed on the card.
Once there are less than 12 classes remaining, participants may pay individually until the next season begins.
